What happens if we need to cancel or postpone our event?

We understand that plans can sometimes change. If a confirmed booking needs to be cancelled or postponed, the following terms apply:

  • More than 14 days before the event:
    A cancellation fee of 90% of the venue hire and 65% of the agreed food and beverage value applies.

  • Within 14 days of the event:
    The full amount (100% of venue hire and food & beverage) is payable.

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing, and we will always confirm receipt in writing as well.
